IF this monitor is going to work at all, what you need is a video cable with 5 BNC connectors on one end, and a HD15 connector on the other.

Of course, if something goes wrong, you wont have a clue whats wrong until you switch monitors Your monitor has 5 BNC connectors, and can thus accept separate sync. I have a HP AA monitor and the blue is off sync with the green and red. Looks like something has gone out on yours tho.
